Pricing:

Long Term Stay works on a Security Deposit Model with two options to choose from:

OPTION A:

Under this option, if the booking is canceled within 60 days, the entire Security Deposit is refunded. After 60 days 25% of the Security Deposit plus applicable GST is deducted and the balance amount is refunded on the vacation of the unit.

OPTION B:

Under this option, there will be a lock-in period of 6 months If the unit is vacated within 6 months, then the entire amount is forfeited. After 6 months, the entire security deposit will be refunded on the vacation of the unit.

Indian Origin Seniors Living overseas who like to spend time in India during festivals and extreme weather conditions.

Duration: 1 month – 6 months
