Job description


  1. Must understand what the customer requires and accordingly act on implementing and providing relevant detail to them in a short span of time.

  2. Adjust a well-tailored convincing pitch and deliver it efficiently to the customers also keeping in mind that they fulfill each and every requirement of a customer.

  3. Candidate must be good at explaining the features of the projects/services.

  4. Should be very persuasive in order to convince the customers to buy the product by illustrating it in such a way that it meets their needs.

  5. Keep a record of each and every personal detail of the customer and should also maintain all the conversations made over a telephone for future references.

  6. The main objective of an Executive is to promote the growth of the business by expanding the company's customer network.

  7. Responsible for leads to business conversion.

  8. Involving in both IN & Outbound calls.

  1. Driving sales in assigned territories & markets and achieving sales targets.
